Aerotek Electrician in Hartford, Connecticut
Job Title: Electrician
E1 or E2
Commercial, Residential and Industrial experience
Responsibilities
Install and maintain electrical wiring, conduit, and panels.
Adhere to and apply knowledge of NEC (National Electric Code) standards.
Follow OSHA Standards (10-hour certification required within 2 weeks of starting).
Run and bend conduit, pull wire, and perform conduit bending.
Read and interpret blueprints for electrical installations.
Work on new electrical construction projects.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in electrical wiring and conduit installation.
Experience in industrial and commercial electrical construction.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints.
Knowledge of NEC code.
OSHA 10-hour or 30-hour certification
Experience with running and bending conduit.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience with wiring panels.
Familiarity with industrial and commercial project environments.
Comfortable working alongside multiple subcontractors on new builds.
Work Environment
You will be working on large commercial projects and in house hospital work. Company occasionally does new construction commercial jobs as well.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $45.00/hr.
