Invenco by GVR is seeking a dynamic and Strategic Vice President/General Manager (VP/GM) to lead our North America business. This pivotal role encompasses strategic planning, financial performance, commercial sales and operations, and team leadership. The ideal candidate will possess a robust background in P&L management and has a proven track record of driving growth in a fast-paced environment.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

· Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement strategic plans to meet business objectives and drive growth.

· Financial Management : Oversee the P&L, ensuring financial targets are met and profitability is optimized.

· Customer Focus : Cultivate strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.

· Commercial Sales & Operations : Achieve commercial goals, drive weekly sales targets, build a robust pipeline and spearhead business development across North American convenience retail customers. Embrace a culture of urgency, continuous prioritization, and first-time fixes.

· Operational Excellence: Ensure efficient operations across all departments, including product development, software readiness, sales, marketing, and customer support.

· Team Leadership : Inspire, lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team that fosters a culture of innovation and collaboration.

· Market Analysis: Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.

· Cross Business Collaboration : Collaborate effectively across Vontier Operating Companies to drive integrated sales motions and unified solutions; breaking down silos

· Compliance : Ensure all operations comply with industry regulations and company policies.

WHO YOU ARE

· Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field; MBA preferred.

· Experience : Minimum of10 years of experience in the retail software industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.

· Skills : Strong financial acumen, strategic and analytical thinking, leadership and communication skills.

· Proven Track Record: Demonstrated success in managing a Profit and Loss (P&L) of at least $300M and driving significant business growth.

· Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of the retail technology market and emerging trends.
