F&M Trust, a community bank deeply rooted in South Central Pennsylvania, is expanding its financial footprint into Dauphin County. The bank, headquartered in Chambersburg, is adding a community office in Harrisburg to its 22 community offices. This position in the bank's newest community office presents an exciting opportunity as it will be integral in establishing F&M Trust's branch presence in Dauphin County and ensuring the continued growth of the bank.

ABOUT THE ROLE

F&M Trust is looking to hire a Customer Service Representative more commonly known as a Relationship Banker for a new office located at 4765 Linglestown Road, Harrisburg, PA, and is projected to open later this year following the construction of the new facility. The sole responsibility of this role is the growth of the office through retention and acquisition of new customers. The Customer Service Representative will be the primary point of contact to assist any customers with accounts, loan inquiries and servicing requests. They will be fulfilling sales, service, and referral needs for a seamless customer experience. This individual provides service to customers in a professional manner; expands customer base through consultative sales techniques, including opening consumer and business deposit accounts and handling consumer lending requests; educates customers on bank services accessible through technology and cross-sells bank products; performs account maintenance requests. This individual will process customer transactions on Pod/Teller Line as the business needs require.

This full-time customer services representative will work approximately 40 hours per week and receive a competitive wage and comprehensive benefits package.
