DESCRIPTION OF WORK As Project Manager, Payments, you will oversee the product management for an enterprise payments solution that will streamline, simplify, and secure our processes. You will collaborate with partners in the Comptroller's Office, the Office of the Budget, Commonwealth Agencies, and our Information Technology offices while communicating the status of the product to a broad set of stakeholders. To achieve project goals, you and your team will use data to inform the product roadmap and ensure the Commonwealth achieves the right technical solutions to meet people where they are!

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, reporting to the office one day per month and as needed. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. You will receive further communication regarding this position via email. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Eleven years of professional information technology experience; or Seven years of professional information technology experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements: You must have two or more years of full-time product management experience, with a focus on building and growing products, platforms, or services at scale. You must have experience creating a compelling product vision, roadmap, and goals based on research; and guiding technical execution to achieve the vision. You must have experience making data-driven decisions and building, measuring, and using data to inform product strategy. You must have experience building alignment with stakeholders. You must have experience leading vision, direction, and roadmap for a product, platform, or service. You must have experience with iterative or agile development methodologies. You must have experience communicating complex information or ideas in an effective manner to foster understanding and acceptance of findings and recommendations. You must be able to perform essential job functions.

Preferred Qualifications (not required):

Experience leading digital payments efforts for a complex organization.
