Position Overview

The Lease Administrator is responsible to research and understand all changes and updates in the lease documentation. This position is required to verify, document and input all lease information into the lease administration software. This position is responsible for handling all correspondence between the company and the landlords regarding rental payments and other lease related items.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Handle daily correspondence with landlords

• Read and abstract lease documents

• Enter financial/non-financial information into Lease Administration software

• Maintain Rent Schedule and Vendors

• Research, review and analyze CAM/Insurance/Real Estate Tax Reconciliations

• Maintain renewal schedule for stores

• Coordinate with outside Vendors on Audits

• Run all relevant monthly/quarterly reports

• Maintain detailed, accurate and precise records.

• Maintain general ledger accounts related to leases

• Complete any additional responsibilities and/or duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or business related field preferred

• 3+ years prior property experience is preferred

• Ability to organize and prioritize a variety of tasks and activities and work within strict timeframes and deadlines.

• Solid understanding of lease terminology

• Strong computer skills to include; Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Microsoft Word, Adobe.

• Accuracy and attention to detail.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to remain in a normal seated position regularly.

• Ability to see, hear, and speak regularly.

• Ability to grip, reach, and pinch with arms and hands frequently.

• Ability to bend and twist occasionally.

• Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
