Job Title: HVAC Residential Service Technician AND Plumbing Service Technician

Job Description

We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with experience in both service and installation. This is a direct placement opportunity with a privately held company. The HVAC Technician will be required to visit residential homes to troubleshoot and resolve issues. The role offers the use of a company vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve HVAC issues in residential homes.

• Perform installation of HVAC systems.

• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure proper installation and service.

• Handle and install air handlers, coils, and other HVAC components.

• Work with heating, air conditioning, and duct systems.

Essential Skills

• Experience in plumbing, service, and installation of HVAC systems.

• Ability to troubleshoot HVAC issues effectively.

• Knowledge of reading blueprints and handling HVAC components such as coils and air handlers.

• Proficiency in working with heating and air conditioning systems.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience as an HVAC Service Technician in the construction industry.

• Residential HVAC experience.
