DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Human Services Program Specialist, you will utilize monthly data to update regular office reports regarding Office of Developmental Programs (ODP) populations. You will extract new combinations of data for newly requested reports. You will use various applications, such as Enterprise Data Warehouse, Cognos/Analytics, SQL, HCSIS, PROMISe, Docushare, and Pulselight, as well as platforms to produce a variety of reports. You will have an opportunity to employ your excellent communication skills while presenting information orally or in narrative reports. In addition, you will attend trainings and conferences related to ODP programs.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time with a minimum of one day per month in the office. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirement: One year of professional experience developing, implementing, or evaluating human services, social services, health care services, or health care insurance programs.
