DESCRIPTION OF WORK In this position, you will play a key role in developing and implementing Visit PA's strategic marketing plan to meet established goals. Your responsibilities will include creating detailed project briefs for important campaigns and marketing initiatives involving both internal and external partners. You will also be responsible for managing agency relationships and overseeing marketing campaign execution across various channels. Additionally, you will work to strengthen Visit PA's brand identity and ensure consistency in messaging and visual representation across all marketing platforms. Collaboration with relevant managers will be essential to maintain cohesion in Visit PA's efforts and support destination marketing organizations (DMO) across the state. Gathering performance metrics and reporting on key performance indicators (KPI) will also be part of your role, as well as analyzing marketing performance to improve campaigns and return on investment (ROI). Identifying and implementing KPIs and tracking for new marketing programs, as well as partnering with data platforms and tourism entities to showcase Visit PA's marketing impact, will also be important aspects of this position.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment Work hours are 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 2 days per week. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. Check your email, including spam/junk folders, for these notices.   REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year as an Economic Development Consultant 2; or Five years of professional experience in economic planning and development programs, and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training. Additional Requirements:

This position requires three years of experience in integrated marketing, branding, and campaign management within the tourism industry. This position requires three years of experience in driving brand engagement and increasing visitation in the tourism industry. You must be able to perform essential job functions. How to Apply:
