DESCRIPTION OF WORK Within this role, you will facilitate training sessions with county election offices and Department of State personnel as well as develop training materials such as instructional presentations, tutorials, and other training aids.  You will have the opportunity to support the planning and implementation of business needs in election technology by analyzing and recommending system changes.  This includes assisting with the development of user acceptance testing plans and conducting and/or participating in pre-election and post-election testing and auditing.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

Full-time employment

Work hours are 8:00 am to 4:30 pm, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.

Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time up to 50%.  In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection.  If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:

One year of professional experience evaluating public programs or information technology systems, and a bachelor's degree in public administration, business administration, public policy, political science, or information technology; or

An equivalent combination of experience and training.
