Primarily responsible for working with business users to create reports and dashboards.

Essential Job Functions:

• Create complex t-SQL statements and stored procedures and queries to extract data from operational systems

• Build reports and data extracts

• Design and build visualizations and dashboards

• Work with Subject matter experts to define reporting and business intelligence requirements

• Mentor, review, improve and ensure the quality of work of junior analysts

• Release approved reports/stored procedures/dashboards to production and assist in operational release cycles

• Develop ETL processes to import data into reporting and business intelligence architecture

• Build data validations to ensure the quality of data and reporting

• Other activities as may be assigned by your manager

Qualifications/ Requirements:

• Four year college degree or equivalent level of education and experience

• Proficient with Excel and Microsoft Office Suite

• 1-2 years of residential or commercial mortgage experience

• 3-5 years’ experience building t-SQL statements, MySQL preferred

• 1-2 years working with a business intelligence tool, Tableau experience highly desirable

• Proficient with SQL Server Reporting Services

• Experience with ETL tools desirable, SSIS preferred

• Strong communication (written and oral) skills

• Strong analytical ability, good judgment, strategic and multidimensional thinker

• Detail oriented and organized

• Strong commitment and dedication to the position and a Team Player

Special Requirements:

• The employee may be required to report to a different local office as a normal, contemplated, and mandated incident of their employment

• Office environment with frequent computer, mouse, keyboard use

• Alternating between sitting or standing as needed

The annual full time base salary range for this role is ($50,000 - $85,000). Specific compensation is determined through interviews and a review of relevant education, experience, training, skills, geographic location and alignment with market data. Additionally, certain positions may be eligible to receive a discretionary bonus as determined by bonus program guidelines, position eligibility and SitusAMC Senior Management approval. SitusAMC offers PTO and paid holidays, the terms of which are set forth in the program policies. All full time employees also are eligible to participate in various benefit plans, including medical, dental, vision, life, disability insurance and 401K; in each case in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
