DESCRIPTION OF WORK As a Business Analyst 2, you are entrusted with the vital role of enhancing business processes and fostering seamless collaboration between business users and IT staff. Your scope involves orchestrating the transformation of complex operational requirements into effective system changes. You work independently, and your significant contributions to the organization's success are acknowledged through diligent review by senior professionals, reflecting the trust and respect we have for your expertise. This position is indispensable in effectively managing Medicaid. Your responsibilities, which include analyzing data, identifying trends, and providing insights to improve the Medicaid system, are crucial to our operations.

Work Schedule and Additional Information: Full-time employment Work hours are 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 60-minute lunch. Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) full-time, reporting to the office one (1) day per month. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg. Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable. QUALIFICATIONS Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: Five years of business process analysis experience;or One year as a Business Analyst 1;or One year as an Information Technology Trainee; or One year of business process analysis experience and a bachelor's degree; or An equivalent combination of experience and training.
