In this role you will independently maintain and review high quality data setups, integrates instruments and applications and translates specifications within the eLIMS system using current business processes. This position reviews and tests system updates, creates and manages any system related documents, and identifies and drives process improvements. This position is able to interact with IT and speaks business language to customers. The Analyst collaborates with more than one customer at supporting J&J sites including support of the CAR-T project to fully understand the Master Data requirements and review all configurations for accuracy and completeness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and coordinate incoming requests into the mailboxes to support base business sites, ensuring accuracy and clarity.

  • Understand changes to specifications and translate them into eLIMS master data.

  • Create, update, review, and approve Master Data for all supporting sites.

  • Participate in system-related project activities, including review and testing of system updates.

  • Collaborate with management, employees, and departments to identify and address areas of improvement and develop effective solutions.

  • Maintain system-related documentation and participate in change control activities.

  • Provide feedback and support for eLIMS activities.

Qualifications

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent education or experience.

Experience and Skills:

  • 2 years of working knowledge and experience in LIMS and Quality systems required (Trackwise/COMET), 3-5 years of experience preferred.

  • Extensive experience in analytical testing, quality control, or IT preferred.

  • Solid understanding of cGMPs, regulations, and risk management.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Flexibility and ability to adapt to urgent needs.

  • High level of commitment to meeting customer expectations.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is $61,000 to $97,750.

  • Employees and/or eligible dependents may be eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short- and long-term disability, business accident insurance, and group legal insurance.

  • Employees may be eligible to participate in the Company’s consolidated retirement plan (pension) and savings plan (401(k)).

  • Employees are eligible for the following time off benefits:

– Vacation – up to 120 hours per calendar year

– Sick time - up to 40 hours per calendar year; for employees who reside in the State of Washington – up to 56 hours per calendar year

– Holiday pay, including Floating Holidays – up to 13 days per calendar year

– Work, Personal and Family Time - up to 40 hours per calendar year
