We are seeking a detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join our EZY Group team. The ideal candidate will have experience with payroll processing, bookkeeping and possess strong analytical skills. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the efficient operation of our payroll and bookkeeping department.

Duties

• Process payroll using Quickbooks

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing

• Maintain payroll records and documentation

• Analyze payroll data for discrepancies and resolve issues promptly

• Assist in payroll management tasks as needed

• Assist in bookkeeping using Quickbooks

-Experience with Excel and general office procedures

Experience:

• 5+ years experience in payroll processing

• Familiarity with technical accounting principles

• 5+ years proficiency in using Quickbooks

• Strong analytical skills to analyze payroll data accurately

• Knowledge of accounts payable processes is a plus

• Excellent time management

• Ability to work independently
