Responsibilities

The Jr Business Analyst supports the Business Office by assisting with the analysis of Revenue Cycle data and the facilitation of process improvements. Under the guidance of the Business Analysts, this position will contribute to the development of innovative solutions that enhance organizational efficiency and profitability. The Jr Business Analyst will engage in data collection, basic analysis, and documentation of business processes, and will play a supportive role in project implementations. This role is ideal for individuals who are in the early stages of their career in business analytics, offering a structured environment to build essential skills and gain practical experience in healthcare administration. The Jr Business Analyst will also participate in cross-functional teams to ensure that business requirements are effectively communicated and met, fostering an environment of continuous learning and professional growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/ GED or equivalent.

• Proficient in software applications.

• Working knowledge of windows based personal computers.

• Strong analytical skills.

• Strong communication skills

Preferred qualifications:

• Prior analyst experience in a hospital business office setting or a similar role.

• Proficient in Microsoft office with a focus in Excel.

• Prior experience in any business department within the hospital setting or any other healthcare organization.
