For a small loan company based in Texas. The company was started in April of 1970 and grew to 9 locations in Texas. In addition to offering unsecured, personal loans, the company also does Income Tax services.

Job Purpose:

To respond to customers personal financial needs and maintain a professional and courteous relationship while also satisfying company requirements.

Duties:

  • Opens customer accounts by taking and processing loan applications and recording account information.
  • Maintains customer records by updating account information and taking payments.
  • Recommends potential services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
  • Prepares service reports by collecting and analyzing customer information.
  • Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
  • Follows policy and procedures to insure company profitability.
  • Initiates customer contact via telephone, text, email, or in person in order to maintain an open dialogue of communication.
  • Field collections and skip tracing when needed.
  • Growth work, which includes advertising and outside interactions.
  • Any requested, legal activity that benefits the company.
