Description

Robert Half has an opportunity for an HR Recruiter with our client in Harahan, Louisiana. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing various aspects of the recruitment process, such as sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates. You will play a key role in ensuring our team is staffed with top talent. This is a short-term contract position.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize various platforms such as ADP - Financial Services, ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode, CareerBuilder, and Kronos Timekeeping System to source qualified candidates

• Conduct initial screening of candidates, assessing their suitability for open positions

• Schedule interviews and participate in the interview process, utilizing tools like Microsoft Excel and About Time to manage schedules and track candidate progress

• Carry out background checks as part of the pre-employment screening process

• Coordinate benefit functions for new hires and existing employees, ensuring they are informed and satisfied with their benefits package

• Oversee the documentation process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and on time

• Develop and implement effective hiring processes to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment experience for candidates

• Monitor industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our recruitment strategies and processes

• Collaborate with the team to identify future hiring needs and create proactive recruitment strategies

Requirements

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software

• Experience with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode

• Familiarity with CareerBuilder platform

• Demonstrated ability to use Kronos Timekeeping System

• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel

• Knowledge of About Time software

• Ability to conduct Background Checks

• Understanding of Benefit Functions within an organization

• Excellent Documentation skills

• Experience in Hiring Processes and recruitment strategies
