Reference #: 5001078490200 Utz Quality Foods is seeking a Seasonal Admin to work on a temporary basis for approximately 12-18 months.  This position will act as a support to the Accounts Payable Department.

Key Responsibilities Assist with legacy document scanning/indexing into centralized database, ERP Assist with vendor "statement audit" including but not limited to, analyzing vendor statements, monitoring and tracking down missing documents for processors to post, and communicating with vendors Other duties could include: remit compilation, stuffing envelopes, and postage. Assist with capturing and attaching bol's/packing slips Requirements Proficient in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel. Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment. Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality. Ability to work temporarily for the next 12-18 months. Continuously Pursuing Excellence!
