UTZ Quality Foods Inc Part Time QA Administrative Assistant in Hanover, Pennsylvania

Reference #: 5001065457000 Utz Quality Foods is looking to grow our loyal, career driven, and customer focused team and is currently recruiting for a Part Time QA  Administrative Assistant to work from our Hanover, PA campus. The Administrative Assistant is highly organized and detail-oriented to support daily department operations. The ideal candidate will be proficient in handling administrative tasks such as Maintaining spreadsheets, applying forrenewing licenses, maintaining files, contributing to presentations & trainings and other tasks. The Administrative Assistant should ensure efficient office communication and a positive experience for visitors and clients. This part - time position can be flexible days and or hours, however the parameters of days and hours will be between Monday thru Friday 7:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Responsibilities: Respond to emails and correspondence with professionalism and accuracy. Perform data entry and maintain electronic and hard copy filing systems. Apply for and or renew Federal and state food establishment licenses. Approve invoices & interact with A/P team. Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for managers. Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports, presentations & training. Write and distribute emails, memos, letters, faxes, and forms. Assist with special projects as needed. Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner. Requirements: Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant. Experience Food Safety and or Quality SystemsPrograms. Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS Word, in particular). Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work. Attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
