Reference #: 5001081096800 UTZ Quality Foods is looking for a Bilingual Part-Time Health & Benefits Administrative Assistant to join our team in Hanover, PA. The Health & Wellness Administrative Assistant is responsible for supporting the administrative needs of the Health and Benefits team with tasks related to Health and Wellness programs, Benefits, and Leave Management. This role is essential for ensuring that both our English and Spanish-speaking associates receive accurate information and assistance regarding health and wellness resources, benefits inquiries, and program initiatives. Key Responsibilities This position requires the ability to work onsite and is structured for 20-25 hours per week. Flexibility to provide extra coverage during Open Enrollment is expected. Days and hours can be flexible to accommodate both the needs of the organization and the employee. Assists in answering general Health and Wellness and Benefits questions as it pertains to programs, initiatives, and general procedures for both our English and Spanish speaking associates. Supports Health and Wellness activities and initiatives. Under the direction of the Director of Health and Benefits, translates, organizes, and prepares mailings and communications as identified. Ensures all communications are culturally relevant and accessible to both English and Spanish-speaking associates. Assists with facilitating communications that reach a broader associate audience through onsite engagements in Hanover, PA and telephonic interactions with remote associates. Actively participates in events and initiatives designed to enhance employee awareness and participation in Health and Wellness programs. Helps maintain accurate records and reports related to health initiatives and employee participation. Assists with other Health and Wellness, Benefit and Leave Management organization and administrative duties as needed. Requirements/Experience Bilingual in English and Spanish, with strong written and verbal communication skills in both languages. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with HRIS systems is a plus. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams. Minimum of 1-2 years of Administrative experience Previous experience in Benefits administration, or Human Resources is a plus but not required.
