Job Responsibilities\ Creare is focused on developing new high-technology products for a variety of customers and marketplaces. We invite you to join the Creare team and apply your production management, manufacturing engineering, and quality assurance knowledge in our exciting R&D prototype environment.

Specific duties include:\ 1) understanding all aspects of Creare fabrication workflow and management approaches\ 2) helping configure, refine, and maintain our electronic production management system\ 3) identifying opportunities and implementing changes to streamline processes\ 4) providing input to corporate management regarding need for additional resources\ 5) managing fabrication efforts for specific projects\ 6) recommending most appropriate fabrication methods for specified requirements and production quantities\ 7) assessing make versus buy decisions\ 8) estimating cost and schedule for fabrication activities\ 9) optimizing fabrication schedules while considering technical risk and overall timeline
