Robert Half Desktop Support Analyst in Hanover, New Hampshire

Description

We are offering an opportunity for a Desktop Support Analyst. This role involves providing advanced technology support for computers, devices, and software, maintaining client relationships, and managing technology-related projects.

Responsibilities:

• Act as a Business Relationship Manager for client departments, consulting on technology use and solutions

• Provide advanced support for accounts and access

• Offer advanced technology support for computers, devices, and software

• Oversee the delivery, installation, and maintenance of computing hardware and peripherals across various locations

• Utilize endpoint management tools to manage and support client devices

• Update and improve existing scripts and automation to provide technology and client support

• Act as Subject Matter Expert for two or more technologies

• Lead and manage projects within the Client Technology Support team

• Lead process improvement initiatives within the Client Technology Support team

• Collaborate with internal teams to share information, build relationships, and accomplish shared goals

• Continuously develop subject matter expertise for application within our client base

• Train and mentor Client Technology Specialist colleagues

• Create, maintain, and apply knowledge materials for technology support

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years proven experience in a Desktop Support Analyst role or similar

• Proficiency in Dell Technologies, EO/IR systems, and Mac Computers

• Strong understanding and working knowledge of Microsoft products and Active Directory

• Demonstrated experience with Computer Hardware, Configuration Management, and Deployments

• Proven ability in Deskside Support, Customer Support, and End-User Support

• Familiarity with Support Tickets, Technical Support, Tier 1 Support, Tier 2 Support, and Tier 3 Support systems

• Excellent User Support skills with a focus on customer satisfaction

• Strong Customer Service and Client Relations skills

• Ability to conduct Analysis, Data Analysis, and Exploratory Data Analysis

• Proficient in MS Windows and Mac OS

• Excellent communication, problem-solving and multitasking skills

• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team

• Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks and projects

• Willingness to participate in professional development activities to stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field is preferred.
