Job Title: Senior Vendor Management Analyst
Job Description
As a Senior Vendor Management Analyst, you will oversee the management of assigned vendors to define, influence, and measure the delivery of committed services. Your role includes monitoring vendor performance against contract terms to ensure adherence to SLAs and KPIs, acting as the central point of contact for vendors, and maintaining close relationships between strategic vendors and internal resources. You will also be responsible for creating and publishing vendor performance dashboards, managing surveys, analyzing data, and developing presentations to drive operational excellence. Collaborative efforts with Enterprise Architecture, business leads, and Procurement will be essential to uphold company policies and mitigate risks. Additionally, you will support Finance with invoice validation, billing dispute resolution, and cost analysis.
Hard Skills
5 years of experience working as an Analyst
Working knowledge of software lifecycle
Creating KPIs
Ability to apply and guide principles and concepts
Working knowledge of industry standards, engagement types, rules, and general terms
Soft Skills
Ability to triage compliance issues
Strong relationship-building skills
Excellent analytical skills
Effective communication

This is a permanent position.
Work Environment
On-site 4 days a week in Hanover, MD, 1 day remote
