The Opportunity:
CACI as a Prime Contractor on MWIII Bridge. All positions in the Hanover, MD area. MWIII Bridge develops and supports Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) capabilities for the enterprise and stand-alone deployment throughout the IC. Tasks include program management, mission support, software integration, software development, system engineering, migration, testing, documentation development, network and system monitoring, configuration control and release management.
Responsibilities:
Endpoint services is seeking a Software Engineer to work with a team of developers to implement new JBLOCKS capabilities in support of Zero Trust. The developer is expected to have extensive experience with requirements elicitation and have the ability to manage a single baseline to meet requirements across multiple domains. The developer should be able to define, manage, and deliver capabilities within an existing team. The developer should have extensive knowledge of EDH1, EDH2, ISM, CUI, and CAPCO. The candidate will be expected to provide input throughout the software lifecycle.
• Extensive Java Development Experience
• Familiarity with PKI and REST services • Knowledge of ICAM Capabilities and integration
• Linux experience
• Experience with Gradle and GitLab CI/CD Pipelines
• Containerize existing software capabilities using Docker/Kubernetes
• Review and test software components for adherence to the design requirements and documents test results
• Provide specific input to the software components of system design to include hardware/software trade-offs, software reuse, and requirements analysis and synthesis from the system level to individual software components.
• Perform software life-cycle activities to ensure the highest level of system performance and availability and compliance with business requirements.
• Administer, maintain, and implement policies and procedures for ensuring the security and integrity of the application.
• Knowledge of EDH1/2, ISM, CAPCO and CUI standards
• Excellent oral and written communication skills- able to clearly communicate architecture and design concepts.
• Ability to write technical documentation including wiki sites, blogs, XML/HTML • Strong organization and time management skills, including the ability to multi-task and work independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines.
• Experience with engaging with leadership, customers, and interfacing teams
Qualifications:
Required:
• TS/SCI Clearance with polygraph
• Bachelor's Degree or higher in computer engineering or in a field related to the computer engineering or computer science disciplines is required. 8+ years of software engineering experience is required. 3+ years’ work experience in the SIGINT, IA, or IT domains is required. 4+ years of software engineering experience may be substituted for a bachelor’s degree, for a total of 12 years

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$102,900 - $216,200
