We are offering a contract employment opportunity for an entry level HR Assistant in Hanover, Maryland. As a part of our telecom provider's team, the HR Assistant will perform various administrative tasks, including handling phones, mail, and HR inbox, along with data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Answering phones professionally and responding to HR-related inquiries.

• Sorting and distributing incoming mail related to HR matters.

• Checking the HR inbox regularly and addressing or escalating any issues as necessary.

• Conducting employment verification processes in accordance with company policies and regulations.

• Performing data entry tasks, specifically with Excel spreadsheets.

• Assisting with employee relations and benefits functions.

• Administering compensation and maintaining HRMS records.

Requirements

• No specific years of experience required; candidates from all experience levels are welcome to apply.

Proficient in MS Office Suite
