This contractor will be responsible to line transfer quality activities of products transfer to Vietnam, and meeting Line Transfer Readiness Review and and Mass Production Release Review.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform quality process check before and after line transfer

  • Establish end to end quality control process and validate the output including IQC, IPQC to OQC.

  • Work with supplier to establish quality control/inspection process in sub-tier component supplier.

  • Perform process audit to identify any risk from 4M and work with supplier to set up protective/preventive action.

  • Operator training effectiveness review before line start

  • Working with supplier for production line/material issue, establish corrective/preventive action to mitigate the risk and impact to project schedule.

  • Work with cross function team for Lean-Six Sigma activities implementation.

  • Monitor RFTY and co-work with cross function team to hit Line Transfer Readiness Review and and Mass Production Release Review goals

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree required, Master's degree preferred

  • 8-12 years experience

  • Specific education and training in quality disciplines is required

  • Problem solving and analytical ability

  • Full knowledge of job related policies and procedures as well as corporate policies and procedures

  • Six Sigma training or similar certification/training preferred

  • Strong computer skills

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills.
