: Lead Consultant

Tasks – Activities – Responsibilities

Responsible for guiding and supporting clients through the LEED certification process, ensuring compliance with sustainability standards and facilitating the achievement of LEED certification for their building projects.

  • Advise on sustainable building practices and LEED certification requirements.

  • Assist in setting sustainability goals and strategies tailored to client needs.

  • Prepare and manage documentation required for LEED certification.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, and contractors to integrate sustainable design features.

  • Conduct site visits and inspections to verify compliance with LEED prerequisites and credits.

  • Perform energy modeling and analysis to optimize building energy efficiency.

  • Evaluate water use efficiency, indoor environmental quality, and materials selection.

  • And other tasks to help customers achieve LEED certification if necessary.

  • Our job performance is within the framework of the BV Quality Assurance System, QHSE policy, Codes of Ethics and BV Group’s policies and procedures.

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in architecture, Engineering, Environmental Science, or related field.

  • Native speaker ofBengali language and proficiency in English speaking.

  • Green Associate (GA)/ LEED Accredited Professional (LEED AP).

  • Proven experience in LEED consulting and project management within the construction or architectural industry.

  • Strong knowledge of green building practices, sustainability principles, and LEED rating systems (at least 5 LEED certified completed and 3 on-going projects).

Technical and professional skills

  • Good command in office software (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, …)

  • Fluent in reading, writing & speaking English is preferred

  • Can arrange to travel for inspection jobs
