Direct Support Professional

(DSP).

Positive Vision and Overall Purpose of Position

The DSP is responsible for the direct support with community life engagement and employment placement and coaching as needed to individuals with disabilities. Assists with implementing and following the person centered plan to include following their vision of a good life.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED required with work experience, prefer 4 year degree from accredited college
• Must have a current valid driver's license and be willing to obtain a Class E (Chauffeur's) license immediately upon hire
• Must possess a reliable vehicle and maintain it safely to transport people in the community.
• Ability to pass all appropriate and required background screenings
• Ability to work flexible hours to accommodate the needs of our customers
• Ability to use technology to complete required documentation
