Description:

协助部门建立完善并且维护部门营运手册,部门营运手册应当反映出酒店政策和程序以及工作过程和标准。

Assists with the development and maintenance of a detailed Department Operations Manual that reflects policies and procedures, work processes and standards of performance within the Division.

定期回顾健身中心部门政策和程序并阐明和建议改进。

Regularly review all policies and procedures relating to the Fitness Centre taking action to formulate and propose improvements.

确保员工完全理解酒店规章制度并遵照执行。

To ensure that the associates have a complete understanding of and adhere to all policies and procedures.

确保员工遵守酒店卫生及仪容仪表标准。

To ensure that all associates adhere to the established standards of hygiene and groom.

协助准备健身中心年度商业计划,确保部门目标与酒店目标和员工的需要保持一致。

Assists with the preparation of the annual Fitness Centre Business Plan ensuring Divisional Objectives fully address business objectives of the hotel and needs of associates.

与健身中心经理合作,协助准备和定期更新健身中心预算,以确保符合相应目标及有效的控制成本。

Assists with the preparation and regular update of the Departmental Budget, in close cooperation with the Fitness Centre Manager ensuring targets are met and costs are effectively controlled.

To conduct a weekly operational meeting for all the Fitness Centre associates.

Ensure stock levels are adequate for business demands.

Coordinate with Materials and Finance departments for purchase requests and requisitions.
