An exciting opportunity for a Phlebotomist is now available. We are seeking an energetic, team-oriented individual to perform phlebotomy procedures such as drawing blood samples by venipuncture, fingerstick, or a heel stick; performing limited waived testing on specimens; and assisting with clerical duties of the department. You will be asked to provide outstanding customer service to your patients throughout the day, with each patient requiring differing needs or services.

Position Requirements: High school Diploma or Equivalent Required Previous Phlebotomy Experience or Training Preferred Basic Life Support (BLS) Required (Available Upon Hire) Annual Influenza Vaccination or Declination Required

Required Skills: • Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. • Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. • Demonstrates proficiency in verbal and written communication skills. • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to interact effectively and professionally with individuals at all levels; both internal and external.
