Maschinenbautechniker (m/w/d)

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

• Teilaufgaben bei Entwicklungsprojekten zu dentalen Werkstoffen und Herstellungsverfahren inkl. Prüfung

• Mitarbeit bei der Inbetriebnahme von neuen Anlagen und deren Validierung.

• Selbständige Konstruktion und Anfertigung von komplexen bzw. hochwertigen Einzelteilen im Rahmen der Entwicklung

• Entwicklung von Frässtrategien für dentale Objekte

• Mitarbeit bei der Konzipierung von hochwertigen Produktionsanlagen und Einfahren neuer Anlagen

• Unterstützung bei der Validierung neuer Anlagen

• Einführung neuer Produkte in die Fertigung, Nullserie und entsprechende Dokumentation

• Produktionsunterstützung bei der Behebung fertigungstechnischer Schwierigkeiten oder bei Reklamationen

• Selbständige Ermittlung von Festigkeitswerten

• Durchführen von metallographischen und mikroskopieschen Untersuchungen

• Selbständige Bearbeitung von Reklamationen

• Auswertung und Dokumentation von Versuchsergebnissen

Ihr Profil:

• Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung zum Zerspanungsmechaniker, Werkzeugmacher, Mechaniker, Mechatroniker o.ä.

• Weiterqualifizierung zum Maschinenbautechniker

• mehrjährige Berufserfahrung von Vorteil, insbesondere Kenntnisse in CAD/CAM-Software und - Technologie

• gute PC-Kenntnisse (MS Office)

• selbständige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

• Teamfähigkeit

• gute Englischkenntnisse
