Work Environment

Our work environment is standard for a manufacturing environment. We produce small plastic/foam pellets used in injection foam molding for both internal and external customers, primarily in the automotive and aerospace industries. Despite occasional pellets on the plant floor, our facility is generally clean and organized. Lighting varies throughout the plant, and while we operate in an older building, it is a typical manufacturing facility. Our plant is climate-controlled, though temperatures can fluctuate. While most of the plant is quiet, some sections are louder. Our maintenance crew is currently comprised of 10 total employees, and we are looking to grow. We value a strong work ethic, teamwork, and a focus on getting the job done right. Candidates are expected to have their own standard maintenance tools.
