OnPoint specializes in delivering solutions in Information Assurance, Network Operations, Project Management and Systems Development. *JOB DESCRIPTION **Summary/Objective The essential duties of this position include providing technical support for knowledge based services to ACC Command, Control, Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Division (A3C) primarily supporting the Air Operations Center (AOC), Control and Reporting Center (CRC), Battle Control Center (BCC), Integrated Air and Missile Defense (IAMD), Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System (JSTARS), Airborne Warning and Control System (AWACS), E-11 Battlefield Airborne Communications Node (BACN), and Airborne Reconnaissance Operations. The position requires one-on-one interaction with USAF staff both on-premise and remotely. The position requires independent research and analysis, communication, documentation, and problem solving.

**Essential Functions 4.4.3.1 Provide expertise, support, and advisement to leadership in the overall development, planning, establishment, and implementation of the E-11 program. Identify and document deficiencies and provide recommended solutions. 4.4.3.2 Coordinate E-11 systems and training device development (Flight Deck and mission/payload simulator) and enhancements and assist in defining modernization requirements to support current/future training system upgrades and modernization. 4.4.3.3 Liaise with the Simulator Program Office and the operational wing regarding programmatic and management issues for E-11 systems and training device development (Flight Deck and mission/payload simulator) and enhancements. 4.4.3.4 Assist with SATAFs to coordinate basing options for the E-11 program and all associated manpower and equipment, to the required facilities (offices, hangers, back shops, etc.). 4.4.3.5 Provide technical and managerial support to the Operations Functional Area Manager (FAM). Review, coordinate, and prepare monthly Status of Resources and Training System (SORTS) and Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) reports. Analyze the data presented by the units, identify trends and shortfalls, and brief possible solutions to senior leadership during monthly briefings. 4.4.3.6 Coordinate with A3 Divisions for the development and management of Unit Type Codes (UTCs), Designed Operational Capability (DOC) statements, and Mission Essential Tasks (METS).4.4.3.7 Develop proposed allocations of E-11 and associated equipment to meet theater combatant commander needs. Provide support to develop the Global Force Management Allocation Plan (GFMAP) and associated ACC Deployment Orders (DEPORDs). Coordinate with other ACC organizations to ensure all requirements are captured/codified. 4.4.3.8 Directly assist leadership in the management of E-11 operational concepts to include but not limited to Concept of Operations (CONOPs), Concept of Employments (CONEMPs), and conceptual operational plans. 4.4.3.9 Develop, review, and coordinate E-11 Instructions and policy IAW applicable AFIs/AFMANs with the operational unit, Combatant Command (COCOM), MAJCOM, and Headquarter
