We are looking for an individual who takes pride in their work, and is experienced in sitework and underground utilities as a construction foreman. 3-5 Years Minimum Earthwork Experience Summary of Duties: Safety - Know, Understand, Communicate, and Ensure Compliance with Safety Regulations Leadership & Supervision - Able to apply company policies, able to lead crews in an organized and efficient manner. Planning & Scheduling - Pre-planning daily activities, Identifying & Verifying all tools and materials needed, identifying needs and deficiencies in the plan/schedule and communicating them appropriately, prioritizing and sequencing individual tasks to best fit the productivity and schedule of the project. Overcome work challenges. Quality Control - Responsible for layout of the work. Responsible for compliance with plans and specifications by all those under their supervision, or company approved standard work practices. Care of Equipment & Assets Oversee equipment is being cared for properly to limit unnecessary damage or failures resulting in loss of value. Candidate shall possess a valid driver\'s license Candidate shall be proficient in communication and math Candidate shall meet the physical demands of the work Pay is competitive and based on experience and competency. This position will be offered as both full-time year-round and full-time seasonal. Candidates hired desiring full-time year-round will be kept on.
