Job Title: Maintenance Technician

Job Description

We are seeking a Maintenance Technician with a high school diploma or equivalent. A two-year degree in a specialized maintenance trade is preferred. This role is suitable for individuals with 0-2 years of related experience. The ideal candidate will have basic mechanical knowledge, with electrical skills preferred. The ability to read and interpret safety documents, maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals is essential. The candidate should also be able to complete work orders and enter the required paperwork into a computer, as well as perform basic arithmetic operations. Strong interpersonal skills are necessary to communicate professionally with co-workers and supervisors. The ability to lift up to ninety (90) lbs is required.

Responsibilities

• Perform troubleshooting and preventive maintenance on industrial machinery.

• Repair and service equipment including hydraulics, pneumatics, and machine repair.

• Read and interpret blueprints and maintenance instructions.

• Complete work orders and enter necessary paperwork into a computer system.

• Communicate effectively with co-workers and supervisors to ensure smooth operations.

Work Environment

You will be working in a frozen food manufacturing environment with both warm and cold temperatures. The facility includes cleanroom environments where gowning up is necessary. The company specializes in the manufacturing of dumplings and noodles. There are openings for the second shift (3:00 PM - 11:30 PM) and the third shift (10:30 PM - 7:00 AM).

This is a Permanent position based out of Robbinsville Township, New Jersey.
