In this role, you will execute a range of in-store merchandising tasks, from shelf stocking to display creation, ensuring product availability and store compliance with planograms. Responsibilities:
Implement in-store merchandising activities based on plan-o-grams and schematic layouts, including resets.
Plan coverage, set priorities by reviewing call objectives, follow-ups from previous calls, organize required tools and materials to ensure deadlines are met.
Ensure promotional display compliance, identify opportunities, correct voids and out of stocks by merchandising shelves/displays, identify locations to secure incremental displays, place POS materials on shelves/displays, check product dates and rotate stock.
Communicate effectively with store staff regarding tasks, sales activities, promotions, client objectives and work completed.
Provide excellent customer service and maintain an effective working relationship with store staff to meet company and client objectives.
Qualifications:
Successful candidate will possess:
Previous merchandising or sales experience.
Reliable transportation with a valid driver's license and auto insurance.
Ability to work independently and engage effectively with others.
Proficiency in basic computer applications (Outlook, Excel, Word).
Physical ability to lift and move up to 30-50 pounds and stand for extended periods.
Availability: Monday to Friday, 8:00AM-5:00PM
