A key part of the client account HR team, the People Experience Specialist supports the delivery of an excellent HR experience to the client account JLL team members. Duties will Include advising and coaching managers in HR processes; reporting and analyzing data to understand trends and themes; being the Subject Matter Expert in HR systems, talent and people life-cycle processes. Additional activities include participating as a member of the Account Inclusion Network and providing support to Regional Account HR Leads in the delivery of their duties. Diagnose, coach and advise people managers on areas related to employee performance, productivity and engagement challenges Support the business in annual talent cycles, specifically year-end review and compensation planning Actively leverage the central HR platform and available technology in order to drive value and results Integrate a mindset around diversity and inclusion constantly; be able and willing to coach others to understand ways to optimize the firm's values Establish key stakeholder relationships and work across boundaries to drive results Drive data integrity, use data to inform and influence decision making, use reporting effectively to support recommendations Position yourself as a credible champion and trusted adviser who embodies the JLL culture and values in all of your interactions Desired or preferred experience and technical skills: Bachelor's degree with a major/minor (or emphasis) in HR or other relevant field. Relevant work experience would be considered in the absence of degree 2-3 years of HR experience preferably supporting managers and employees with experience in HR processes, employee relations and legislation Experience using systems, reporting and producing data and analytics Language ability desirable - ideally Spanish speaking and writing Energy and passion about delivering a great human experience to stakeholders, acting as a change agent, with proven results in advising managers .
