For more information, please visit www.resilience.com Position will start out working M-F for the initial 12+ months supporting project work and then will transition to 12 hour shift (6am/pm-6pm/am-2 days on, 2 days off, every other weekend) Perform visual inspections and conduct troubleshooting activities Establish visual tracking and other tools to enhance audit readiness and trend analysis Gather, organize, and communicate operational information to others Lead and coordinate investigations and studies with little supervision Participate in spill control, handling of hazardous materials, and first aid Identify temporary and permanent fixes to address issues; Initiate appropriate action when process deviations occur Monitor equipment and/or systems for performance and problem indicators Read, understand, and comply with cGMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures), including general safety, lock outs, and so on Report process deviations when they occur Wear gowning, sterile garments, and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) as required by specific activities Perform preventative (scheduled) and corrective/emergency (unscheduled) maintenance of equipment, systems, and/or facilities without supervision Ensure proper documentation practices during maintenance processes Maintain equipment and systems along with their certification records Monitor and analyze process equipment performance Perform, in order of priority, work required in response to process equipment requests received through the Work Request System Read and interpret diagrams, drawings, and other schematics Recommend and initiate activities to ensure area and equipment is maintained in a state of compliance Conduct safety checks for work group, department, or site Maintain accurate and complete records (i.e., laboratory notebooks, quality records, and sample receipts) Pull necessary parts to complete a work order or ticket Analyze trends in data in order to provide accurate descriptions, identify root causes, and/or identify solutions or improvements Perform regular audits of SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and/or work instructions Assist with executing validation protocols for processes, equipment, packaging, and/or cleaning Provide "off shift" support (such as night shift support if you normally work on day shift). Provide input on the engineering of replacement parts Consult cross-functionally as an SME (Subject Matter Expert) on systems and/or processes within a functional area. Minimum Requirements Considerable experience in a regulated or cGMP environment May require state certification or licensure for certain roles Preferred Background High school diploma and certification in a skilled trade (electrical, boiler operations, etc.) Associate degree in a technical discipline Resilience is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
