UC Health is hiring a full-time, on-site Director of System Cardiovascular and Procedural Services. The Director of System Cardiovascular and Procedural Services reports to the VP, Operations, and dyad partner to the Medical Chief of the Division of Cardiology and GI (if applicable). This position is responsible for the administrative, operational, and financial aspects for the Cardiovascular and Procedural Services division, including (all depts/areas that report to this position) across UC Health. This includes oversight of budgets, contracts, personnel management, planning, facilities management, clinical performance improvement, and patient experience. The Director is a strategic partner with hospital leadership in identifying priorities, preparing and implementing strategic and tactical plans for targeted programmatic growth as well as improvement in clinical and patient experience performance. • Minimum Required: Master's Degree in Health profession, administration, or related discipline.
• Preferred: Other: Graduate of an accredited program in Radiologic technology or Registered Nurse.
• Registered by American Radiologic Technology or Registered Nurse.
• Current licensure from State of Ohio (RT or RN).
• BLS
• Minimum Required: 6 - 10 years of equivalent experience.
