*What You Need to Succeed: *

• Must have machine operator experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting. This position specifically requires slitter/dry end operator experience or a minimum of three years of solid manufacturing experience within the last five years.

• Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific instructions, and perform other assigned duties.

• Must possess strong computer skills and demonstrate effective use of technology in the workplace.

• Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.

• Exhibit excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail.

• Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately. -

Minimum requirements

High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is preferred. - Proven experience as a slitter operator or in a related manufacturing role. - Familiarity with corrugated materials and slitting processes is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and job specifications. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. - Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team. - Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials as necessary.
