*What You Need to Succeed: *
Must have machine operator experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting. This position specifically requires slitter/dry end operator experience or a minimum of three years of solid manufacturing experience within the last five years.
Ability to operate various manufacturing equipment, follow specific instructions, and perform other assigned duties.
Must possess strong computer skills and demonstrate effective use of technology in the workplace.
Comply with all safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Exhibit excellent work ethic and strong attention to detail.
Ability to read a tape measure and perform basic math accurately. -
Ability to navigate stairs, and stand, walk, bend, and kneel throughout the entire shift. Success requires boldness, the courage to take the first step, the willingness to share unique perspectives, and the determination to ask difficult questions.

Minimum requirements
High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in machine operation is preferred. - Proven experience as a slitter operator or in a related manufacturing role. - Familiarity with corrugated materials and slitting processes is an advantage. - Ability to read and interpret technical documents, blueprints, and job specifications. - Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality. - Basic mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities. - Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team. - Physical stamina and capability to lift heavy materials as necessary.
