Position: Machine Operator

Location: Hamilton, NJ

Pay Rate: $ 21.32/hour

Shift: 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (No OT)

Adecco is currently hiring for a Machine Operator in the Hamilton, NJ area. We are seeking reliable individuals with a strong work ethic to join a manufacturing team. This position involves monitoring equipment, ensuring product quality, and light product assembly.

Responsibilities:

• Operate automated production machinery.

• Inspect products on a continuous flow production line.

• Perform light product assembly (hand assembly of parts).

• Assemble boxes, apply labels, and fill out production logs.

• May assist in training new employees on day-to-day operations under supervision.

• Other tasks as assigned (duties are subject to change based on business needs).

• Physical work; operators are on their feet approximately 80% of the shift.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.

• Manufacturing or industrial experience is preferred (e.g., pick/pack, etc.).

• Experience in operating machinery is a plus but not required (training provided).

• Ability to interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals.

• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and integrity.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Physical Demands and Work Environment:

• Must be able to stand, use hands/fingers to handle or feel, reach with arms, and talk or hear.

• Frequently required to lift/move up to 35 pounds.

Pay Details: $21.32 per hour
