Job Description

As a Field Service Representative, you'll be on the front lines providing operations and maintenance expertise on water treatment systems for our customers.

This mission critical role involves working on a variety of technologies including media filtration, softening, reverse osmosis (RO), ion exchange (IX), micro/ultrafiltration (MF/UF), and boiler systems. To be successful in this profession, you'll need to have excellent mechanical know how and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prioritize safety for yourself and others by adhering to strict health and safety protocols.

• Operate, monitor, and optimize the performance of water treatment equipment.

• Perform routine maintenance and calibration of equipment.

• Conduct analytical testing including but not limited to conductivity, pH, turbidity, and more.

• Manage chemical injection systems and maintain inventory for spare parts and chemicals.

• Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and control issues.

• Maintain accurate records and provide customers with comprehensive technical reports.

• Collaborate with customer management and operational teams to ensure service excellence.

• Meet contract specifications related to volume and quality.

• Undertake additional responsibilities as needed to support team objectives.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma / GED or a technical certificate in water treatment equipment operation (e.g., RO/UF/MBR), Instrumentation, Controls, or programming is highly desirable.

• At least 2 years of relevant industrial service/maintenance experience.

• Availability for emergency service calls as part of an equitable on-call schedule.

• Ability to secure and maintain access to assigned sites.

• A valid Driver's License.
