Philips Finance Business Partner (m/f/d) Personal Health Western Europe in Hamburg, Germany
In this role you have the opportunity to shape the business and create value of the company by being a crucial stakeholder in driving profitable growth, creating new business models and coordinating financial activities in DACH (Germany, Austria and Switzerland) and Iberia (Spain and Portugal) zones, combined with an oversight to one or more Personal Health business or P&L bucket across all Western Europe markets. The role is challenging, exciting and rewarding. The ideal candidate will have a curiosity and passion for finance and commercial acumen, a track record of great result delivery and eager to improve.
Your role:
Driving financial performance (P&L, market share, growth & profitability) in line with strategic priorities of Personal Health Western Europe.
To own and manage the strategic and operational (business / financial) planning process and performance management within the commercial organization and drives for the delivery of the committed results in DACH and Iberia.
Drive decisions on sales channels, Return on Investment, value creation and extraction, project assessments and supportive in financing solutions, credit management and costs
Identifying, addressing and tracking of business issues and corrective actions.
Business integrity and compliance to General Business Principles in cooperation with Legal & HR.
Ensure strong and efficient internal control environment.
Contribute to regional and global Finance team to standardize finance ways of working across Western Europe and Personal Health and improve efficiency and effectiveness of processes.
You are the right fit if:
Bachelor/Masters degree in Business or Finance
6-7 years relevant experience in Finance, operating in large multinational companies, including solid FP&A and A&IC knowledge
Experience in retail / consumer goods is a plus
Hands on, pro-active, solution driven attitude
Strong communicative and people skills, able to build bridges between people and influence business decisions
Ability to understand and explain impact of (market) developments on business results and ability to translate into financial consequences
Strong analytic and Microsoft office skills
Experience with SAP
Fluency in English is a must, fluency in German, Spanish or Portuguese (or a combination) is a strong plus
