Job Description

• Ensure consistency between the group's HR policy and the actions carried out within the establishment.

• Understand business challenges and translate them into HR strategies with the best support, within the site's scope.

• Guarantee the application of labor legislation.

• Ensure the effectiveness of processes, adherence to HR practices and rules, by supporting managers throughout the year in their actions.

• Oversee Human Resources management.

• Support operations by listening to, advising, and guiding employees in their career development (training, mobility, etc.).

• Ensure a constructive and balanced dialogue with staff, staff representatives, and/or trade unions.

Complementary Description

• Organize all administrative and statutory management and ensure its operation.

o Prepare all mandatory documents in terms of personnel management (employment contracts, on-boarding of new hires, validation of probation periods, departure procedures, social contributions, etc.).

o Keep personnel files up to date.

o Monitor absence management and work time organization to comply with legal obligations.

o Ensure the reliability of variable data for payroll processing.

o Guarantee compliance with social and legal regulations related to HR.

• Alongside the Establishment Director, manage the establishment's resources and lead managerial activities.

o Lead the primary circle of operational and functional entity managers.

o Ensure a uniform level of internal communication and actively relay the company's strategy and HR policy.

o Contribute to a calm and balanced social climate.

o Ensure the quality of social relations.

o Co-manage staff representative bodies.

o Negotiate and implement establishment agreements and enforce group and company agreements.

o Implement all stages of recruitment and mobility within the site according to the budget forecast.

o Conduct interviews (from N-2 Director, internships, apprenticeships, and temporary workers).

o Initiate the integration process.

o Welcome and support managers and employees in professional development and career growth.

Job Requirements

• Very good knowledge of labour law, regulations, social schemes, and company and group agreements.

• Expertise in social relations.

• Knowledge of the company's organization and its cultural specifics.

• Solid and homogeneous HR culture: personnel administration, HR information systems, social relations, etc.

• Analysis of situations and proposal of actions.

• Change management.

• Hierarchical and/or transversal managerial skills.

• Confidentiality management of information.

• HR vision and overview.

• Quality support to operational teams.

• Ability to convince in social dialogue.

• Ability to take necessary distance for effective conflict management.

• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the organisation, and especially with the shop floor
