Note: This position requires on-site work 5 days a week at our corporate office.

Summary:

We are looking for a data engineer who has experience in Tableau, Workato and AWS Redshift to join our data team. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards and reports that provide data insights to the business. You will work closely with Sales, Accounting and Operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements. You will also follow project management processes and best practices to ensure quality and timely delivery of data products. Responsibilities:

• Design, develop and maintain data pipelines using Workato and AWS Redshift that extract, transform and load data from various sources

• Build and maintain enterprise level dashboards and reports using Tableau that provide data insights and visualizations to the business

• Work cross functionally with Sales, Accounting and Operations teams to understand their data needs and deliver solutions that meet their requirements

• Ensure data quality, accuracy and consistency across data sources and data products

• Optimize data performance, scalability and reliability

• Document data processes, workflows and data dictionaries

• Follow project management processes and best practices to ensure quality and timely delivery of data products

• Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in data engineering

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics or related field

• 3+ years of experience in data engineering or related role

• Proficient in Tableau, Workato and AWS Redshift

• Experience in building and maintaining data pipelines, dashboards and reports that provide data insights to the business

• Experience in working with SQL databases

• Experience in working with AWS cloud platforms and services

• Experience in working with data formats such as JSON, XML, CSV, etc.

• Experience in working with data quality tools and frameworks

• Experience in working in a high pace environment and following project management processes

• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with different teams

Compensation:
