Adecco is looking for a seasoned candidate for a temp to hire receptionist in Clifton Park NY. This is a temp to hire position that will allow you to enhance your career while gaining valuable hands on experience and move into a career.

Receptionist responsibilities:

• Answer phone calls, emails, and voicemails promptly and courteously..

• Greet walk-in customers and assist with invoice pickup orders.

• Review daily invoicing for accuracy of billing and shipments.

• Provide invoice-related information to customers and other departments. Inventory, or delivery issues.

• Monitor outbound shipments and file claims with carriers when necessary.

• Verify and distribute web-placed orders to sales.

• Collect payment on web orders.

• Provide support to other departments as required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Exceptional communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal).

• Highly organized and adept at multitasking

• Efficient and accurate work ethic.

• Proficient with basic computer software, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation.
