Job Title: Construction Technician

Job Description

Build and fabricate everything including walls, kitchens, bathrooms, etc. in each unit. Perform cleaning of all windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and doors. Conduct carpentry repairs as needed. Inspect and repair trailer brakes, hitch, axles, tires, and locks on doors. Install company signage per company guidelines.

Hard Skills

• Basic understanding of carpentry

• Electrical knowledge

• Mechanical aptitude

• Experience in handyman tasks (carpentry, concrete, electrical, plumbing, general construction)

• Ability to read a tape measure

• Ability to read blueprints

• Capability to lift up to 50lbs consistently

Pay

$20-$26/hour

Work Environment

This is a fully on-site position in Clifton Park, New York. You will be working on one site in a yard within covered trailers. Hours are Monday-Friday, 6:30AM-3:00PM.
