The PI Quality Analyst will engage in performance improvement efforts throughout the agency involving clinical data collection. Perform monthly chart reviews for regulatory compliance at designated programs. Collect and input data as required. Engage in formulation of QA summary reports and recommendations. Provide consultation and feedback to Program Supervisors/ Directors as assigned. Clarify Performance Improvement related processes/ issues with program staff as needed. Participate in Performance Improvement Committee meetings as required.

Hours:

Part time; fully remote

Education/Experience:

Master’s Degree in mental health or related healthcare field required. Two years of experience preferred. Knowledge of accreditation standards and licensing regulations. Clinical license in mental health required.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required. Data entry skills and knowledge of Excel, Word and Carelogic or similar software required. Must understand the use of Electronic Health Record (EHR). Required to complete annual Agency trainings, as well as job related trainings determined by position. Employee must possess a valid driver’s license and if duties require driving, be able to drive an agency owned vehicle.
