Emplr to trnsprt wrkrs daily throut the areas of Bucks, PA, Burlington, NJ, Camden, NJ, Hunterdon, NJ, Mercer, NJ, Middlesex, NJ, Monmouth, NJ, Ocean, NJ, Somerset, NJ, & areas of New York-Newark-Jersey City, NY-NJ-PA, Philadelphia-Camden-Wilmington, PA-NJ-DE-MD, Trenton, NJ.

Undr suprvsn, hang & remove ext port elect Xmas lights on pvt homes, yds, & businesses. Load, unld, & plc laddrs & scaffldng. Undr sprvsn, assmbl scaffldng & hang Xmas lights usng stays, hks, & brkts. Undr suprvsn decorate bushs, shrbs, & instl grnd, pthwy/wlkay lights. Undr suprvsn, retrve, prep, asmbl, disasmbl, clean, & store Xmas lights, suppl, tools, & equip in whse. Undr suprvsn, load & unload suppl, tools, & equip onto wrk vehcl & othr relatd Installer/Decorator activities as per SOC/OES 49-9099 (onetonline.org).

Mon-Fri 8AM-4PM. 40+ hrs/wk; not incl lunch & breaks. Poss wknd/hol wrk. Offrd hrs/OT could vary dep on factrs such as projectd/schdled servc needs, weathr, & commute time b/w wrkstes. Wrk perf outdr, expsd to variable weathr; must be capbl of phys/strnous labor for long hrs, occ in extr heat or cold.

Emplr will comply w/ all appl Fed, St & loc empl-relatd laws & regs: wages, brks, hrs wrked, & OT hrs (OT poss, not req or guar. If OT is wrked, wage pd at 1.5x reglr rate of pay/hr wrkd beynd 40 hrs/wk.).

Must show proof of legal auth to wrk in the U.S. Drug/Alc/Tob free wrk zn. Perfm phys act: lift, balnce, walk, stoop, handl, postn, mov& manip materials. Use static strength for max force to lift, push, pull, carry obj up to 40lbs. No min ed req. OJT avail. Applicnts must be able, wilng & qual to perf wrk desc & avail for the entire pd spec & wrk throut all areas of intd emplmnt.

Workers pd weekly @ $27.21/Hr to poss $30/Hr OT $40.82/Hr to poss $45/Hr. Wage bsd on Exp. Singl wrkwk as standard for comp wages. Dedctns req by law made by emplr such as tax w/holding or othr rsnble deduct(s) auth by wrkr. At emplr's sole discrtion: poss raises/bonus basd on indiv factr as wrk perf/skill (not guar); poss cash adv (if appl/req by wrkr, potentl deduct from wrkr's pychk).

Amt of trans pymnt/reimbrsmnt equal to most econ & resnbl common carrier for distances involvd. Daily subsist prov at rate req at the time of travl ($15.88/day durng trvl to max of $59/day w/ rcpts).

Trans & subsist reimbrsd (by chk in 1st wrkwk) for cost from place wrkr came to wrk for the emplr, whethr in U.S. or abrd, to place of empl. Reimbrs H-2B wrkr in 1st wrkwk for visa, visa prcsng, brdr Xing, & othr relatd fees, inc those req by gov, incurd by H-2B wrkr (not incl psprt). Upn compl of wrk cntrct or where wrkr is dismsd early, emplr prov/pay for wrkr's resonbl cost of retrn trans & subsist home or to plc the wrkr orig deptd to wrk (excpt whre the wrkr will not rtn due to subseq empl w/ other emplr).

The wrkr offered a total # of wrk hrs = to at least 3/4 of the wrkdays in a 12-wk pd. Any wrkr who vol abndns empl is not entitld to pymnt for outbnd trans or the full 3/4s Guar. All wrk done w/ emplr provided tools, suppl & equip w/out chg or depst.

Optional, shared furnshd housng avail to wrkr (inc: Basic Util) at a monthly housng rate up to $150; if opt housng agreed on by wrkr, monthly housing rate dedctd from wrkr's pychk incrementally (wkly).
