As a Subcontracts Management Specialist III, you'll develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms and conditions for the procurement of specialized materials, equipment, and services for our subcontract systems to guide the development, production, and global sustainment for multiple contract types. You'll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts. Additionally, you'll administer standard subcontracts agreements, such as Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time and Material (T&M), and Cost Reimbursable (CR) Fixed-Fee, through the entire contract lifecycle, and will participate and lead moderate negotiations of terms, price, and schedule, and will monitor subcontractor performance.

Responsibilities:

• You'll be responsible for preparing our bid packages, developing evaluation criteria, analyzing and evaluating our proposals, negotiating subcontract provisions, selecting or recommending new subcontractors, and administering our subcontracts

Must-haves:

• Bachelor's Degree in a related field

• Relevant experience may be considered in lieu of required education

• A "can do" attitude

• Ability to resolve conflicts in a professional manner

• Ability to critically think about situations and/or problems (ie. How does this decision impact future business?)

• Excellent time management skills (ie. ability to identify & understand priorities)

• Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneNote, One Drive, Share Point, Etc.) - Navigation/Understanding of FAR/DFARS and similar USG Acquisition provisions

• Pre-Solicitation/Solicitation Experience (Source Selection, Supplier setup/qualification)

• Pre-Award Experience (Price Analysis, Market Research, Procurement Summaries, Negotiations)

• Award/Post Award Experience (Total Subcontract Ownership, Modifications, Invoicing, Closeout)

• Audit Experience (AS9100, CPSR, DCAA/DCMA Periodic Audits, Incurred Cost Audits, Security Audits, FAA Audits, etc.)

• Total Subcontract Management (Source to Pay) experience at and below $250k with no supervision

Preferred:

• Typically, 6-10 years or more of relevant experience

• Higher education may substitute for relevant experience

• Cost Point Deltek Experience

• SAP Concur Experience

• Ivalua Procurement Software
