Job Title: Electrical EngineerJob Description

As an Electrical Engineer, you will collaborate with Designers, Customers, Systems Suppliers, Service Engineers, and Manufacturing Engineers. You will demonstrate a passion for innovation and a comprehensive understanding of various engineering systems. Responsibilities include reviewing system work breakdown structures and bills of material, providing internal technical design support, interfacing daily with customers on technical issues and solutions, improving vehicle assembly processes and maintenance procedures, supporting the design department in enhancing vehicle system design, functions, and integration, and interfacing with various engineering teams in failure analysis and root cause research. Additionally, you will identify technical gaps among stakeholders and drive conclusions to close these gaps, support Design and Manufacturing Engineering to enhance product reliability, and ensure the identification and analysis of non-conformities during validation and manufacturing. You will also perform concurrent engineering design reviews and analysis to assure product reliability and maintainability.

Work Site

This is a fully on-site position in Hagerstown, Maryland.

Work Environment

The role is based in both an open manufacturing plant and an office environment. Appropriate safety equipment must be worn in designated areas.
